I became a yoga and meditation teacher in 2015 although I launched deeply into my own mind body education experience many years prior.
I’ve always been a mover - mostly for the joy of it. Like so many of us I discovered that moving through physicality supported me to move through how stress and anxiety showed up for me - especially movement to breath!
My own practice has been a constant anchor for me for over 15 years now and I’m really grateful that I get to share some of my knowledge with so many amazing yogi’s in and around Sheffield
My training has taken me through Ibiza, India and more recently the UK in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga and Pranayama in depth. I’m studying again at the moment, learning more about the subtle energies of the chakras and Ayurveda - I’m still just scratching the surface really and I’ll always be a student!
