Yoga is an integral part of my life and on a daily basis connects me to me.
Yoga found me about 6 years ago and over the last couple of years my practice has really deepened. I wanted to know more about Yoga, not just about the asanas. I wanted to explore the spiritual practice & philosophy of Yoga. So, I enrolled on my YTT which was a blend of Embodied Hatha & Vinyasa Flow, qualifying in October last year. I’ve since gone on to complete my Embodied Yin CPD training and have started my breathwork practitioner training.
You don’t have to be super flexible, bendy or be the best at holding a pose. You need an open heart, the ability to breathe and not take yourself too seriously.
Yoga unites, mind, body, spirit & us. My passion is to share yoga with people who haven’t yet experienced its transformative power on & off the mat.
Holy Cow Yoga is my yoga family, a place to practice as a student whilst offering classes to my @breathe_by_jo students.
I’m very grateful that my classes are now being opened up to HCY students and it will be so lovely to see you there.
"Anyone can practice. Young man can practice. Old man can practice. Very old man can practice. Man who is sick, he can practice. Man who doesn't have strength can practice. Except lazy people; lazy people can't practice Ashtanga yoga."
