I'm Hannah and I teach Mat based Pilates.
I am from a professional dance background and have been performing all around the world for quite some time now.
I love pilates because I can keep it as exciting as I want from the original 34 exercises I will never get bored of creating new flows and sequences it’s endless! The mind to body connection you get from achieving just some of these movements are incredible never mind the form in which Pilates was created to looking after the body.
Prevention, adaptation, progression and stability are just some of the benefits and I can’t wait to share this fun, challenging and inclusive practice with you all.
