My aim is to create a safe space for anyone to come and try something new or build the skills needed to advance your practice.
I was born & raised in Malaysia and moved to the UK 7 years ago. I’ve always loved any form of movement and I’ve danced for my entire life.
However, after realising the toll dance was taking on my body, I dived into yoga to find a more healing way to exercise my body and mind. The love I found for yoga quickly grew and this lead me to do my teacher training here at Holy Cow in 2022.
Since then I have developed such a passion for helping people achieve their goals physically and learning more about functional movement that helps rather than harms the body. I love to make my classes fun and playful, building a safe space for everyone to try new things and push themselves out of their comfort zone.
